Wondering which weapon you think would work on my Guardsmen that are often used as cultists? Right now I have the squad of 8 lasguns, 1 flamer, and 1 grenade launcher but would like to have the heavy stubber in there as extra shots makes a big difference with Lethals. Since guardsmen don't have heavy stubbers wondering which weapon makes sense.

I like the idea, although I think chaos marines bodyparts look a bit off on guardsmen, moreover I believe you could add some othe colours to the lasguns, maybe paint the casing or at least some details, having it entirely metal is not great.
