You have the option to import your old settings and create the closest match in the new settings, BUT you can also elect to use the old settings instead of the new. It should say something like "use legacy look controls" in the advanced settings, and after choosing that, your greyed-out sensitivity bars should be blue again

Even the best builder of my crew can't come close to that speed on a controller and it just feels unfair. Personally, I also prefer zero build because it makes the environment matter. Build is just everyone all the time in a killbox edit toggling windows. No one hides in a bush, or dumpster or port-o-potty or behind a tree or under stairs.
Nowadays mouse sensors are a lot more advanced. Regardless people have been taking their 800 DPI settings (e.g. 7%), double DPI and halving sens (3.5%) and having good results. Also giving ~8-9 for sense% and either 400 to 800 is a massive range. 800 dpi 8% is equivalent to 16% at 400dpi zengodhelp.
