Issues with Builder Pro controller layout: (PROBLEM) While running; switching to build > hitting left trigger for ramp registers for a split second that you are aiming, stopping your run in place into a walk. (SOLUTION) Edit the already existing combat pro layout; allow players to remap the order of building pieces OR allow us to remap the
recently went from console to pc and decided to match my sensitivity settings to what some of my favourite pros are using. I was surprised to find they were lower than mine. I assumed they would be much higher? is this the case or did I do something wrong?
My fiance and I bought a PS4 controller yes so she could play fortnite on the PC (she comes from playing PS4). For some reason the controller won't connect to the PC. I did have it connected once, but it wasn't showing up on Fortnite. I have an Xbox controller and hooked it up to her PC and it worked fine and she could play fortnite with it.
By default, the "Edit" bind on controller is "Edit / Change Mode" which means "Edit OR Change Mode". To "Edit" you have to hold down the button for a minimum of 0.100 seconds (after configuring it as such). If you change to a binding that is only "Edit" you no longer have to hold "Edit" and now save a minimum of 1 second every 10 edits QUESTION. Hi everyone, I just built a PC and am trying to get into Fortnite again (originally Xbox player). I turned on Builder Pro as well as Builder Pro: Build Immediately, but I still have to Left click in order to place a wall/floor/etc down. I thought that I am able to just click the floor or wall keyboard hotkey and it will build right
You have the option to import your old settings and create the closest match in the new settings, BUT you can also elect to use the old settings instead of the new. It should say something like "use legacy look controls" in the advanced settings, and after choosing that, your greyed-out sensitivity bars should be blue again

Check your mouse and keyboard settings, there's one that disables controller input. 2. Misanthropys. • 2 mo. ago. Fortnite is really weird for controllers on pc, ps4 controllers only work on fortnite if they are plugged in. Even if you were to buy a "dongle on Amazon" to try and fix this problem and play wirelessly
Even the best builder of my crew can't come close to that speed on a controller and it just feels unfair. Personally, I also prefer zero build because it makes the environment matter. Build is just everyone all the time in a killbox edit toggling windows. No one hides in a bush, or dumpster or port-o-potty or behind a tree or under stairs.
Nowadays mouse sensors are a lot more advanced. Regardless people have been taking their 800 DPI settings (e.g. 7%), double DPI and halving sens (3.5%) and having good results. Also giving ~8-9 for sense% and either 400 to 800 is a massive range. 800 dpi 8% is equivalent to 16% at 400dpi zengodhelp. .
