Is it a deliberate limit of the amount of drivers I can hire? I have maxed out my company with garages in evey corner of Europe, but now I cant hires drivers to all my shiny new trucks. *sniff* Is this still a limit of the game? If yes why dont I get a warning about buying to many trucks?
Euro Truck Simulator 2. No drivers available to hire. When I try to hire a new driver for my company I get a message that no drivers are available and that I should come back tomorrow. When I return a few days later (after a 2500 km trip) there are still no drivers available.

The hired drivers are there only as a money booster, to get virtual money quicker. Much like an "in-game money cheat". Some players do see them as parts in the big trucking empire, but you cannot do anything but hire them, give them a truck and watch that number representing your virtual bank account. No strategy at all.

After the initial 40 or so female drivers, there are no more of them available through recruitment agencies. I have discovered all the recruitment agencies and am up to 280 plus drivers and no more female drivers available when the new ones gets added to the pool. Please add more female drivers.

He was hired with 0.8, got a truck and a garage but made no delivery for 2 weeks (in game). He was fired with that 0.8, while the other drivers, hired the same day, with the same truck and for the same garage, were around 2.5 He was rehired one week later (IRL), through the temp agency, with a 5.1 same as the other drivers. .
